If you did NOT receive a error message during the credit card transaction you have successfully paid for the seminar!  If you did receive an error please check the credit card number and billing address and try again.  The most likely problem is the billing address and zip code does not match. 

There maybe additional registrant information required! 

• If you simply registered yourself and paid with your own credit card, you have successfully completed registration.  We will see you at the course!

• If you are paying for another person(s) or have paid for a course with a spouses credit card, press the button below to enter the additional registrant information. This information is needed for attendance certificates, continuing education requirements, and event updates.

Note that course confirmations are mailed to each registrant within 2 weeks of receipt of order.
